The National Honor Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) chapter at the University of Lynchburg introduced the new executive board for the Spring and Fall 2020 semesters.
The new executive board includes Kalila Murray (President), Jasmine Duff (Vice President), Madison Shea (Secretary), Lead Dumas (Success Networking Team Coordinator), and Hannah Paulding (Publicity Chair). In order to be elected for the position, each student had to submit an application and interview for their desired position.
On Dec. 8th, 73 students were inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
Secretary of NSLS, Jasmine Duff, said, “The NSLS induction encompassed the leadership and successes of many of our students. I am a part of this society to help these students grow into the leaders they are and to help them reach their full potential.”
On Sept. 7, 2019, University of Lynchburg’s National Society of Leadership and Success welcomed back members and new inductees for a barbecue in celebration of the new school year.
President and senior Kimberly Mendez said, “I thought the barbecue would be a great way to bring awareness to the honor society, but to also bring together the old and new members of the chapter. One of NSLS’s foundations is building a community of leaders, and I thought this event would be a great way to do that.”
